Description

Renovation of a military facility in Tyndall AFB, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Providing all professional services, permits, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and ancillary items required to complete demolition and construction tasks defined in the Statement of Work for the Lightning Protection System, Area 8500 project. Work includes site-specific demolition of three buildings or facilities and all required construction performed in compliance with the SOW, applicable Construction Wage Rates, and all contract specifications. All tasks must meet the most stringent applicable standards, including Unified Facilities Criteria 3-250-01, 3-250-03, and 3-600-01; Uniform Building Code and applicable Southern Standard/International codes; Air Force standards; Department of Defense directives; Florida State Statutes; FDOT requirements; National Electric Code; OSHA requirements; DEP and EPA regulations; and Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. All work shall adhere to all federal and state regulations, the Tyndall AFB Facility Excellence Plan, and all referenced codes, with the most stringent requirement governing whenever a conflict occurs. Location: Tyndall Air Force Base, 445 Suwannee Rd, Panama City, FL 32403 the magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
