Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Kitimat, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The works to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Public Safety Building Kitchen Renovation Relocation of existing appliances from kitchen to adjacent lounge. Removal and disposal of existing millwork, sink, stools, radiant heater, and partition wall separating kitchen and lounge. Repair and patch wall surfaces as required. Paint walls and ceiling. Supply and install approximately 31m2 of new vinyl plank flooring over new plywood sub-floor over existing flooring. Supply and install new millwork, countertops, and backsplash. Supply and install new sink and faucet fixture. Reinstatement of existing appliances. Tender documents may be obtained from the District of Kitimat on or after March 2nd , 2026.
