As of April 09, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. APN'S: 021-051-015, 021-051-013 & 021-051-017 The work includes installation of a new Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) primary electrical service, including ground mount transformer on precast concrete pad, switchboard, and aerial secondary electrical connections to existing switchboard. Includes security fencing and access gate, as well as associated demolition of existing fencing. Bidders must be licensed with a valid Class A and/or C-10 Contractor's license throughout the bid and contract period. Each bid requires a 10% bid security, and the successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. Retention of 5% of each progress payment will be withheld. Bidders must comply with California Air Resources Board (CARB) requirements, provide valid Certificates of Reported Compliance, and meet state and federal funding requirements, including prevailing wage and BABA compliance. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required. Bids will only be accepted from those that attend the conference in full. Only registered public works contractors may bid, and compliance with all labor code provisions, including payment of prevailing wage rates and employment of apprentices, is mandatory. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as determined by the owner from the base bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities or informalities.
