The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the 3 Bay Apparatus Building Construction located at the California Army National Guard Training Site, Camp Roberts, California, in accordance with the technical specifications and drawings. The Prime Contractor shall self-perform on the site (trade work) with its own organization, work equivalent to at least twenty percent (20%) of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract. The Prime Contractor shall provide at all times sufficient competent labor, materials, and equipment to properly carry on the work and to insure completion within the time agreed. To be considered a responsive bidder all prime contractors with the exception of a certified Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) must subcontract work to DVBEs a minimum of 5% to meet the DVBE participation goal.
