The City of Norman, Arkansas is soliciting requests for qualifications for professional engineering services for the renovation of the Norman Fire Department. Procedures for the selection of an individual or firm will follow A.C.A 22-9-101. All responses will be evaluated based on specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability to perform the work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent who obtains the highest total score in the evaluation process. Interested parties must secure an RFQ package by sending an email to the provided address. The completed RFQ package must be received by the City of Norman by the specified deadline and can be dropped off at City Hall during office hours or mailed/delivered to the listed address.
