Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a 9,000-square-foot fire / police facility; and fire / police facility.
Per Addendum 2 this has been canceled in its entirety. No award has been made under this project. The Public Works Department requests bids from licensed, insured, and qualified contractors to provide construction services for the remodel and expansion of the Hondo Fire Station No. 2, utilizing design plans and technical specifications from Studio Southwest Architects. Bidders are required to submit a completed bid package in a sealed container marked with the bid title, number, and the bidding firm’s name and address. All bids must be received by the specified deadline. Each firm, by submitting a bid, certifies compliance with all stated regulations and requirements. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is required for all bidders to be eligible to submit a bid. All qualified bidders will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental handicap, serious mental condition, disability, spousal affiliation, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
