The Allentown School District is soliciting bids for the construction of a new 202,800 square foot K-8 Academy facility. Bids must be hand delivered or delivered by traceable means in sealed envelopes that are clearly marked to identify the New Allentown K-8 Academy Project being bid and the Prime Contract Number. Bids shall be addressed and delivered to Allentown School District’s Administration Office at 31 S. Penn Street, Allentown, PA 18102. Drawings, specifications, and all addenda may be viewed and downloaded via Procore. To obtain access to bidding documents, prospective bidders must email the Preconstruction Administration Manager and will be formally registered in Procore to receive documents and communications. The Prime Bid Packages for this work are as follows: General Construction, Food Service Equipment Construction, Plumbing Construction, Fire Protection Construction, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Construction, and Electrical Construction. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
