The Town is seeking statements of qualifications for engineering consulting services for the Deansboro Water District Improvements project, which has received a NYS Community Development Block Grant Award. The selected engineering firm will provide environmental review (NEPA & SEQR), design, administration, construction oversight, and project closeout services as needed, while complying with all funding agency requirements. A qualifications-based selection process will be used to appoint a consulting engineering firm licensed in New York State, with a contract valid for three years from approval, and with the possibility of renewing for an additional three years. Proposals must address in detail: qualifications (availability of qualified personnel and firm capacity), experience (firm and personnel technical expertise, previous projects including types and costs), and a summary of the scope of services and understanding of program and tasks. Proposals should be submitted electronically in PDF format, marked as specified, and must comply with the submission deadline. Section 3 Businesses, Minority-Owned, and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit qualifications.
