Scope of Services: 1. Mobilize equipment and materials and establish site security 2. Airlift anticipated fill from the bottom of the well utilizing an open-ended airlift pipe 3. Conduct a pre-construction downhole well video survey to document existing conditions 4. Brush blank and screen sections of casing, then remove anticipated fill from well bottom 5. Conduct deviation and alignment surveys 6. Furnish and install well liner 7. Furnish and install formation stabilizer, then consolidate using Airburst method 8. Conduct chemical rehabilitation and subsequently remove chemicals from well 9. Conduct dual swab airlifting of well screen to remove fines and further consolidate formation stabilizer. Remove anticipated fill via bailing or open end airlifting. 10. Conduct downhole well video survey 11. Install test pump, piping, and valving. Develop the well using pumping and surging methods 12. Conduct well and aquifer testing using the test pump for an 8-hour step rate test and 24-hour constant rate test 13. Remove the test pump and anticipated fill from the well bottom 14. Chlorinate the well prior to permanent pump installation 15. Interpret test pumping results to design, furnish, and install permanent NSF compliant water flush pumping equipment 16. Furnish and install motor control center 17. Conduct startup of pumping system 18.
