Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; restaurant; restaurant; retail development; and retail development.

The purpose is to secure a qualified, licensed contractor(s) to demolish and dispose of buildings and all building contents located inside or outside the building, including all buildings/structures and dumpster enclosures, at specified locations. The structures to be demolished are currently vacant: 4431 SW 64th Avenue (1 building), 4155 SW 64th Avenue (1 building and outside storage areas/coolers), 4125 SW 64th Avenue (1 building), 4101 SW 64th Avenue (1 building, add alternate), and 4300 SW 57th Terrace (Potters Park Concessions and Restroom Building). *prebid info: The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation. In the event of a site visit, vendors are required to initial on the sign in sheet at the beginning and may be required to initial again at the end of the site visit, to ensure that everyone is safe and accounted for. If the site visit includes multiple locations, vendors are required to initial at the beginning of the visit at each site location.
