Bidders may submit bids for the Roof Cover Addition to the McNairy County Agricultural Event Center at 851 High School Road, Selmer, TN. Bids are to be submitted according to the Instructions to Bidders. The Work includes the following bid packages: Cast-in-Place Concrete, Hollow Metal Doors, Metal Studs and Siding, Metal Building, Fire Protection, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Toilet Accessories, Toilet Compartments. Bidders must obtain contract documents from Lashlee-Rich, Inc. by depositing $300.00, refundable upon return of documents in good condition within 10 days after bid opening. Digital documents may be purchased separately. A copy of the Affidavit and Certified Application for The Tennessee Drug Free Workplace Program must be placed in a separate envelope attached to the outside of the bid envelope. Bids will only be opened if accompanied by the completed affidavit and application—no exceptions. A certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal to five percent of bids over $25,000 must be submitted. No bids may be withdrawn for 90 days after opening. Bidders must be properly licensed under applicable laws, and required to provide a Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and insurance for bids exceeding $25,000. All contractors must facilitate criminal history checks for any employee who may contact students or enter school grounds when students are present.
