The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide waste collection services. Proposals must demonstrate adherence to the Authority’s Gold Performance Standards, which emphasize values such as respect, timeliness, quality, initiative, creativity, professionalism, and accountability. Economic Inclusion is encouraged, with specified participation goals for Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), and Section 3 business concerns. Proposals must be submitted in the specified electronic format, including separate files for the proposal, fee information, and contract award and acceptance. All proposals should follow the prescribed format to allow proper evaluation and must not conflict with published requirements or any addenda. Bidders are instructed to submit references, describe project management capabilities, provide details about fleet and equipment, and showcase past performance.
