**As of May 19th, 2026, the project was awarded to Delaware Environmental Construction Services with an awarded amount of $90,110.80** Bids will be received online for the Newburg Community Park Splash Pad Concrete Project. The project consists of installing an additional concrete ring/slab surrounding the existing splash pad, including all related excavation, subbase, and all other associated work listed and as indicated on the plans. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a Bid Bond in favor of Lower Nazareth Township in the amount of 10% of the total bid price, subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders.
