The work consists of the following approximate major quantities: 77,000 gallons of bituminous material for fog seal (CSS-1H), 551,000 square yards of bituminous seal coat, 199,000 gallons of bituminous material for seal coat (CRS-2P), 359,000 linear feet of 4 inch solid line white latex paint, 76,000 linear feet of 4 inch solid line yellow latex paint, and 38,000 linear feet of 4 inch broken line yellow latex paint. All bidders and persons or companies submitting a response are required to comply with the provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor. Bid documents are available electronically. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Auditor-Treasurer of Nobles County or a corporate bond made in favor of Nobles County for at least 5% of the amount bid. Nobles County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects thereof.
