Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Harrisville, West Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

*** Bid has been canceled and will be re-bid at a later date. Removal of existing ductwork associated with roof mounted ERU units. Fabrication and installation of new ductwork sized and fitted to existing ERU system requirements. Installation of exterior wrapped insulation on all new ductwork. Provision of all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals to perform a complete installation. Coordination with school administration for site access and scheduling. Compliance with applicable mechanical, safety, and state codes. Each bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office prior to the time and date for receipt of bids, and must provide registration certificate numbers on the Form of Proposal. All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid, and contractor license numbers must be provided. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company in an amount equal to five percent of the total bid must be submitted. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond, with the fee included in their bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least thirty days. The Ritchie County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
