Description

Site work for an educational facility in Harrisville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Exterior sitework consisting of existing sidewalk removal and installation of new sidewalks, new grading, drainage, asphalt paving, and line striping to create a new handicap parking, new lighting, concrete bollards, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract 1. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract For Site Improvements at Ritchie County High School A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia, in an amount equal to five (5%) of the total amount of bid, payable to the Ritchie County Board of Education, shall be submitted with each Bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and the fee for same shall be included in their bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days. The Ritchie County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids Question Deadline 06/17/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions or disputes regarding the intent or meaning of Contract Documents shall be resolved by the interpretation of the Architect.
