Bid canceled. Re-bid details to follow. Provide all material and labor required for the boiler replacement project. Disconnect the existing boiler and related piping, remove the boiler from the school, haul away, and discard. Provide and install a new 2 million BTU boiler similar in style to the existing boiler. Rework and adapt gas, water, and vent lines as necessary to fit the new boiler. Perform all electrical work required for the new boiler system. Include all costs required for obtaining the boiler permit. Perform boiler startup, testing, and provide training for school personnel. Each Bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office prior to the time and date for receipt of bids. Each Bidder's registration certificate number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid as required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder's Contractor license number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia, in an amount equal to five percent of the total amount of bid, payable to the Ritchie County Board of Education, shall be submitted with each Bid. Each successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and the fee for same shall be included in their bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least thirty days. The Ritchie County Board of Education, Harrisville, WV reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
