Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Remove unnecessary Clauses pertaining only to Far part 12 and 13, 2) Attach missing As Built Drawings, 2) Attach QA sheet in response to site visit, 4) Update the SOW and specifications in accordance with answers on QA Sheet, 5) all other terms and conditions will remain. Provide all resources necessary to demolish and replace the existing roofing systems of the Dining Facility, including plant management, supervision, labor, tools, supplies, parts, equipment, related services, and all required licenses and permits. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and project specifications and includes complete removal of existing roofing components, installation of the new roofing system, and all associated tasks required to deliver a fully functional and warrantied roof. The roof membrane manufacturer shall provide a 20-year no-dollar-limit materials and installation workmanship warranty. This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the Government's requirement for the removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems off the Dining Facility (DFAC), building 2207 at Eielson AFB which is located approximately 23.0 miles southeast of Fairbanks, AK. The Contractor shall remove the existing roofing system and metal copings present at each facility. The coping and roof system shall be replaced by materials described within this SOW, per project specifications, and per manufacturer requirements. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(f) is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 119 calendar days.
