24 Aug 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to update the SOW. Updated SOW is titled "Attachment 4 - Repair Conference Room Windows B3127 SOW v3.pdf". The purpose of this amendment is to update the combo document to include site visit verbiage, adjust the PoP to 15 weeks, and include an RFI Q/A doc. 168 CES requests the replacement or upgrade of the existing windows and screens inside Building 3127, third floor command suite and conference room. Replacement windows must have a minimum Sound Transmission Classification (STC) of 40 and be triple pane glass with a thickness of 1-3/4 inches. The new window casement/frame must be fiberglass, and color selections must be submitted to 168 CES for final approval before purchasing. The new windows should have the same opening and closing functions as the existing windows. Existing blinds must be removed during demolition and reinstalled after new windows are installed. Paint used must match any existing interior or exterior colors in areas affected by window replacement. The new exterior windows must have proper reflective window film to match existing windows on the south side of the building. Refer to the Statement of Work for the full requirement description.
