Sealed bids are requested for the Shell Renovation for Tenant Suite 100B at Jeannette Industrial Park. Interested bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and provide their own roof access. Bid documents are available electronically upon registration. Each bid must include a certified check, bank draft, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each for 110% of the contract price, and proof of insurance.
