Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; fire / police facility; fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
Sealed bids are being solicited for the Renovations and Additions for the Administration and Police Building located in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts: General Construction (Contract No. 1), HVAC Construction (Contract No. 2), Electrical Construction (Contract No. 3), Plumbing Construction (Contract No. 4), and Environmental Construction (Contract No. 5). To bid, prospective bidders must obtain the Contract Documents in PDF format directly from CHA, after submitting a non-refundable fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Bidders must provide the contract(s) being bid on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address when requesting documents. Cash will not be accepted. Documents for Contracts 1-4 will be available on February 17, 2026, and for Contract 5 on March 3, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid conference must be attended by all Prime Contract Bidders for Contracts 1-4 and Contract 5 on the dates and times specified.
