Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are requested for City Wide Small Area Pavement Repairs with an estimated cost of $50,000. Bidding procedures follow the latest edition of M.G.L. Chapter 30 39M. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the appropriate IFB number. Plans and specifications are available at the Purchasing Office. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any informality in the bidding. Bids must be valid for 30 business days after the receipt date, and the right is reserved to reject, for cause, any bid in part or whole if deemed in the City's best interests. Wages must comply with prevailing wage requirements. Attention is called to the Equal Opportunity Clause and standard Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Construction contract specifications. All bidders will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. Question Deadline 03/11/2026: Questions concerning this IFB should be directed to the City of Pittsfield Purchasing Agent up to five (5) business days before the time and date of the bid opening.
