Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Cedartown, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The work consists of furnishing all the labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the renovation of the Cedartown Performing Arts Center as described in the Specifications, Construction Drawings, and Bid Documents. Bidders are required to submit their offers on the provided Bid Forms, signed and sealed in a closed opaque envelope, clearly identified with the Bidder's name and address, Project name, and Owner's name. Bids must remain irrevocable for 60 days after submission. Bids must include a Bid Bond not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid Sum. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor & Materials Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the Bid amount. The project is subject to Davis-Bacon labor standards, applicable wage rates, and the Build America, Buy America Act requiring all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials to be produced in the United States. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to re-solicit if deemed necessary.
