Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act, an electronic Request for Proposals is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier to provide an owner-operated restaurant for The University of Georgia. The awarded supplier will be responsible for fully self-operating the location, including all aspects such as product sourcing, inventory management, staffing, customer service, recipe and menu management, adherence to health and safety guidelines, internal branding, and quality assurance. This solicitation will result in a single contract award to the highest-scoring proposal from responsive and responsible bidders. The contract will be for one year initially, with an option for four annual renewals at the mutual discretion of the parties.
