The City of Racine is requesting Proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide design services for construction of Fire Station 1 Headquarters (HQ), currently located within the Public Safety Building at 810 8th Street. The selected firm will develop construction documents, specifications, and related services necessary for replacement of the facility, in accordance with City requirements and applicable codes and standards. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Sweetwater Union High School District Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for Design Services is Underway
