Masonry/structural repair work at various public parking ramps throughout the City of Racine including Schoop Ramp, Gaslight Ramp, Lake Avenue Ramp, and Civic Centre Ramp. Bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service via QuestCDN.com. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Racine to qualify to bid. Contract Documents for this project may be examined online or downloaded at www.questcdn.com. The QuestCDN eBidDoc Number for this project is: 10060790. There is a non-refundable fee of $45.00 for each set of Contract Documents. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Racine reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or accept that bid which, in the opinion of the owner, will serve the best interest of the City.
