Site work and paving for a road / highway in Racine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This project entails the asphalt resurfacing of several streets within the City of Racine. Bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service via QuestCDN.com. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Contract Documents for this project may be examined online or downloaded at www.questcdn.com. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Racine reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or accept that bid which, in the opinion of the owner, will serve the best interest of the City. This project is subject to the requirements of Section 46-41 - Racine Works Program of the Racine Municipal Code as outlined in the Bid Document. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Racine to qualify to bid. The deadline for submitting a prequalification application is five days prior to the time of bid opening.
