Sealed bids will be received for Improvements to NJDOT 2025 Horizon Drive, Glenbrook Drive, and Overlook Lane. Bids must be submitted by hand or mail to the Township Clerk no later than 10:00 a.m. All proposals must be on the prepared Proposal Form, enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Township Clerk, marked with the name and address of the bidder and the contract being bid. Bidding information in the Proposal should be clear and not subject to qualifications, deletions, erasures, or markings that create any doubt. Bids must be signed by a duly authorized person, and the Proposal must be responsive as defined in the Information to Bidders. Instructions must be followed exactly or the bid may be declared non-responsive. Bidders are required to comply with New Jersey Business Registration Requirements, affirmative action rules, and the statement of business ownership. Each bidder must submit with its bid a Consent of Surety from a licensed Surety company stating that they will provide the successful bidder and its subcontractors with a performance/payment bond in the full amount of the contract.
