Vendor to inspect all non-operable doors to determine if doors can be refurbished/refinished or need replacement. Any damaged doors will need to be refurbished accordingly to match all other existing doors. All doors will need to be refinished to match the current color of existing doors. B.1.c.3 Building Window Refinishing This will consist of recaulking both interior and exterior of all windows and prepping for new paint that will match the existing color. Window trims may require replacement as needed. Door lite refinishing is not optional; we want this number included in the bid. Building window refinishing is an alternative bid.
