The Colorado Convention Center seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive service, repair, and rebuild work for critical pump systems throughout the facility. This scope includes sewage ejection pumps, pump controls, and sewage pump rebuilds. The selected contractor will be responsible for removing and rebuilding failed pumps, and supplying and installing new pumps when repair or rebuild is not feasible. In addition to sewage systems, the contractor will perform rebuilds, alignment, and maintenance on hot water and chilled water pumps, as well as other large pump assemblies within the building. The goal of this project is to ensure reliable operation of all pumping systems, minimize downtime, and maintain optimal performance for facility operations. Participation Requirements include Minority Business Participation, Small Business Participation, and Women-Owned Business Participation. General Requirements include Certified Payroll, Local Service Required, Prevailing Wage Required, and Warranty Information Required. Award Requirements specify an All or None Award.
