Remodeling of an office development in West Newbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the remodel of a office development.
Sealed, written bids are invited for the framing of the interior administration building for the Pentucket Regional School District. Bids must be received at the District's Central Office at 104 Church Street, Merrimac, MA 01860. Bidders may obtain bidding documents by emailing the provided contact. A mandatory site walk through will take place at the administrative building located at 22 Main Street, West Newbury, MA 01985. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope as instructed. Late bids will not be accepted or considered. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part of such bid, in its best interest. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to the listed contact. According to MGL, Chapter 149 Building Construction Contracts, Framing in new partition walls and door openings according to "Pentucket Regional School District, Office Renovation Plans" included in this Bid package: A -4 Proposed First Floor Plans A - 7 Proposed Toilet Room Plans section/elevation A - 8 Interior Elevation / Keyed Notes A - 10 Door Frame schedule and elevation A - 11 New Partition types A - 12 Details All materials will be supplied by the bidder according to the "Office Renovation Plans"
