Sealed bids are requested for Slemmer Rd Drainage Phase 2 under the project classification of Highway, Street and Bridge Construction. Bids must be sealed and the outside of the envelope, box, or package must include the Name and Address of the Bidder, the State Contractors License Number (if the work is estimated at $50,000 or more), the Bid Name, and the Bid Number. Paper bids will be received at 21454 Koop Dr., Suite 2F, Mandeville, LA 70471, by hand delivery, certified mail with return receipt, or electronically at www.bidexpress.com. The responsibility for checking for addenda lies with the Vendor. Submissions missing required external markings may be deemed non-responsive. The right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities is reserved. The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to improve drainage by removing, replacing, and/or repairing drainpipes, catch basins, driveways, and sod as specified along Slemmer Rd (R03L006), located in Covington, LA.
