Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Wilson, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

MnDOT requests letters of interest for preliminary and final design services for SP 5904-27. SP 5904-27 is a medium mill and overlay along Trunk Highway (TH) 30 from TH 75 in the City of Pipestone to 60th Avenue in the City of Lake Wilson. There will be ADA improvements and some storm sewer work within the City of Lake Wilson. This project also includes 5 bridge box culvert replacements (nos. 4566, 4468, 8173, 8716, 8172) and an additional 10 centerline culvert replacements (9 box culverts). Prospective, pre-qualified responders who have any questions regarding this Announcement must submit questions, by email, to the Contract Administrator: Gretchen Warner-Rhubee Gretchen.Warner-Rhubee@state.mn.us Questions regarding this Announcement must be received, via e-mail, by the Contact Administrator identified above no later than 2:00PM Central Time on 03/10/2026.
