The City of Jamestown is requesting sealed bids for concrete work involving right-of-way construction in 2026, with work to be performed citywide. The project consists of modifying and constructing concrete structures such as curbs, gutters, sidewalks, steps, and driveway aprons as part of partial reconstruction in preparation for mill and resurfacing projects within the city. Bidders must furnish all materials, equipment, and labor required for the project. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, ensuring that if the bid is accepted, the contractor will enter into a contract and provide any additional required security for faithful contract performance. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive inconsistencies, or to make an award to a bidder other than the low bidder if deemed in the city's best interest.
