Sealed bids are invited for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Turnkey Delivery of a utility-owned rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Facility on approximately 52,000 square feet of rooftop in the City of Jamestown. The scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, engineering, construction, interconnection, permitting, testing, commissioning, and project documentation required to deliver a fully operational solar PV facility interconnected to the BPU electric system. All laborers, workers, and mechanics working on the construction site must be certified as having successfully completed the OSHA 10-hour construction safety and health course. Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the General Manager, Board of Public Utilities, City of Jamestown, New York, and be plainly marked on the outside with the proposal number and delivered to the Board's office at 92 Steele Street. If forwarded by US Mail, the envelope containing each proposal shall be placed in another envelope addressed to Mr. Kristofor Sellstrom, General Manager, Board of Public Utilities, PO Box 700, Jamestown, New York 14702-0700.
