The City of Madras will be accepting sealed bids to supply KEMIRA PAX-XL 19 (Aluminum Chlorohydrate) for the City's North Wastewater Treatment Plant for fiscal years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029. The estimated need is approximately 90,000 to 100,000 pounds of KEMIRA PAX-XL 19 per year. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or box and labeled "KEMIRA PAX-XL 19 Bid." Facsimile or electronic bids will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bid information and instructions are provided in the invitation to bid (ITB), which includes contract terms, conditions, and specifications.
