Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Menifee, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work generally consists of widening from Oakhurst Avenue/Hospital Way to Junipero Road. The widening will be from the existing 2-lane road to a 4-lane corridor with curb, gutter, sidewalk new pavement section, traffic signal modification, Striping, ADA ramps along with K-railing and AC berm. This project will also include 48" Storm Drain with a rip-rap and a headwall. The work to be constructed is located on the north-east quadrant of the city. This project is east of the 215 freeway along McCall Blvd. The major crossroads are Oakhurst Avenue/Hospital Way and McCall Blvd. Estimated construction cost: $6,700,000.00 This is a 60 working day contract.
