PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Menifee, hereinafter referred to as the Agency, invites sealed bids for the above-stated Project up to the time of 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, May 7, 2026. PROJECT OBJECTIVES CIP 25-05, Evans Rd/Craig Ave TS Improvements. The objective is to add new traffic signal construction at the intersection of Evans Rd/Craig Ave, new signage and striping, AC pavement, and bicycle lanes at this location. To achieve this objective, the Agency is seeking bid proposals from qualified Contractors to provide delivery of equipment and construction to improvements shown on the signed design improvement plans and as per Special Provisions and Amendments to the Special Provisions. The selected Contractor shall perform the Work under the general direction of the Public Works and Engineering Department for the Agency and in collaboration with the City's Engineer, Project Manager, and/or assigned staff. PROJECT SCOPE The Contractor agrees to do all the Work and furnish all the labor, services, materials and equipment necessary to construct and complete the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, including all work, labor, services, materials and equipment described andreasonably inferable from documents herein. In general, the proposed Scope will consist of the construction of new traffic signal with the provision of the TS timing sheets at the said location per plans and specifications of the project, removal of old signage and striping and replaced with new signage and striping per signed plans and specifications, installation of bicycle lanes markings, striping and signage, and other removals, grading and construction improvements as shown on the signed plans and stated on the Special Provisions and its Amendments.
