Renovation of a multi-residential development in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The project consists of the alteration of Building 8, 3rd floor HVAC systems including Demolition, replacement Air Handling unit, Ductwork, Hydronic Piping, VAV boxes, building controls, power disconnection of demolished equipment and connection of new equipment, ceiling removal will be salvaged and re-installed.
