The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. Street reclamation includes total replacement of the existing pavement and gravel base. The streets being reclaimed include: River Hills Drive from Raleigh Drive, east to Trunk Highway 13, this project area is a Municipal State Aid route (Due to watermain work, will be treated as a Street Reconstruction project for interim deadlines) Raleigh Drive from 1425 Raleigh Drive, east to River Hills Drive West including cul-de-sacs The streets being reconstructed include: Raleigh Drive from 1425 Raleigh Drive, north to River Hills Drive, including cul-de-sacs Raleigh Court Final Completion by June 11, 2027
