The amendment extends the response due date to March 13, 2026, at 10 a.m. CST and provides vendor questions and answers along with the site visit details. The requirement involves jetting of pipes ranging between 8 inches exiting the building and 11 inches between the manholes. Water is not available onsite and must be supplied by the vendor, and a jetter truck is required. The existing structures are not standard grease traps but manholes with an estimated capacity of 500 gallons. The new grease trap will have a 600-gallon capacity, and the temporary trap will be 200 gallons. Jetting can be performed forward and backward from each manhole, though only one direction is available toward the building. A site visit is not mandatory but is highly recommended, and there is no current contract for these services. The last known contractor was Mid-South Septic Service, with an awarded total of $45,000.00 under a base plus four-year structure, though option year two was not exercised due to scope changes. The scope of work for the current requirement differs from the previous contract.
