Sealed bids are invited for repairs to Command Support Offices (Package 5 & Package 6) at Joint Forces Headquarters, Jackson, MS. Plans and specifications may be obtained from The Johnson McAdams Firm, P.A. Bidders may submit electronic bids via the MAGIC portal or physical receipt. Prospective bidders are encouraged to monitor the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration website for updates. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference. The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities. Award of contract is subject to the availability of funds. Bids will be held open for 60 days from the bid date. Renovate the west half of the second floor of the original JFH facility as indicated on the drawings. Renovation shall include the disassembly and placing in on site storage of existing modular partition walls, complete demolition of all standard partitions, flooring, ceilings, casework, and back to the concrete structure. Demolition of plumbing fixtures, HVAC, and Electrical systems shall be as indicated on drawings. Installation of new partitions, flooring, ceilings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, ESS systems, and extension of the existing fire protection sprinkler system.
