The scope of work includes replacing a chiller with a new OFCI chiller, replacing a cooling tower, and replacing two pumps. Bids will be received for Single Prime only. All proposals shall be lump sum. PDF plans and specifications can be obtained directly from mike.wilkins@rmf.com at no cost. Hardcopy plans and specifications can be obtained from RMF Engineering (919-941-9876) during normal office hours. The plan deposit is $150 (written to RMF Engineering, Inc) and will be returned to those bidders provided all documents are returned in good, usable condition within ten (10) days after the bid date. Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents will be open for inspection in the offices of RMF Engineering (919-941-9876) and in the plan rooms of the Associated General Contractors, Carolinas Branch, in the local North Carolina offices of McGraw-Hill Dodge Corporation, and in the Eastern Regional Office of Reed Construction Data in Norcross, GA and in Minority Plan Rooms in Hispanic Contractors Association of the Carolinas (HCAC) in Winston-Salem, Charlotte and Raleigh Areas – 877-227-1680. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
