Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Guilford County Purchasing Department seeks Bids from individual, or firms interested in providing services for Bur-Mil Private Waterline Installation for the Bur-Mil Park located at 5834, Bur-Mil Club Road, Greensboro, NC. The contractor is to provide all required labor, tools, material and equipment for installation of 1,907 linear feet of 6" private waterline, including a bore and jack under Owls Roost Road (SR 2337 ), 4 fire hydrants, and all fittings and appurtenances required for installation. Respondents or their sub-contractors must be licensed to perform all fields of required work in North Carolina. Participation of minority-owned and women-owned businesses is encouraged. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashiers check or certified check, payable to Guilford County in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid. A performance and payment bond will be required from the awarded Contractor for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Guilford County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Anticipated Award Date: 09/11/2026
