The City of Greensboro is soliciting bids for implementation of the Remedial Action Plan at Bingham Park. The project is subject to the requirements of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
