1. This project consists of the renovation of the Summit on the Park building's Professional Development Center, Ballrooms, Lobby, Office and Storage room located at 46000 Summit Parkway in Canton MI. 2. Contractor parking/staging will be limited to the Northwest parking lot at the building. Contractors to notify Higley before any material is staged to coordinate locations. 3. Subcontractors are to coordinate any deliveries or material drop-offs with Higley Construction prior to delivery. On-site material storage will be extremely limited. Materials can be dropped off at the project site between the hours of 7am-3pm. Higley Construction will assist with this coordination but will not be responsible for scheduling deliveries, assisting with unloading, or handling any materials or equipment. 4. Any loud or obtrusive work will need to be completed on off-hours and will need to be coordinated with Higley's Superintendent. 5. General requirements in the project specifications noted as required by the Construction Manager shall be provided or be required by the respective prime contractor as applicable to the work. All work shall be performed in a manner that ensures minimal disruption to ongoing operations, requiring careful coordination with building management and occupants.
