Renovation of an educational facility in Duncannon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Susquenita High School Renovations This project consists of renovations for Susquenita High School. The proposed construction work includes but is not limited to the following: Renovations to existing classrooms, storage room and laundry rooms. Construction of a new exterior door, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. For a full scope of work please see the complete set of project documents. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish to the School District a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the bid, as required by the "Public Works Contractors' Bond Law of 1967" and in a form acceptable to the Owner. Question Deadline 03/19/2026 at 4:00 PM ET This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act No. 442 as amended. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. Prime Bids will be received for the following: Base Bid A - General Construction Work. Base Bid B - Mechanical Work (HVAC). Base Bid C - Electrical Work.
