Site work for a civil project in Mayfield, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The professional engineering firm selected will assist in the planning, design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and grant administration of improvements to the municipal water supply and distribution system. Services include evaluating and refining project scope, preparing and submitting grant applications, planning and designing improvements, preparing engineering reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents, coordinating with Village and regulatory agencies, assisting with bidding and contractor selection, providing construction phase services (including administration, inspection, review of submittals, and project closeout), and supporting project funding and grant administration requirements. Interested parties should submit a written proposal that includes a general company brochure or business information, resumes of project staff, a list of similar projects with details, and references from at least three current or former clients. NYS Certified MBE or WBE firms, individuals, and DBE sub-consultants are strongly encouraged to submit proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
