Renovation of an office development in Whittier, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
As of May 18, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Districts is soliciting bids for a qualified general contractor to: (1) break down, remove, and dispose approximately 60 existing cubicle workstations, (2) assemble and install approximately 60 new cubicle workstations to be furnished by the Districts, (3) prepare and paint walls, (4) remove all existing ceiling fluorescent light fixtures and ceiling tiles, (5) furnish and install new ceiling tiles and approximately 310 new LED ceiling light fixtures, (6) remove approximately 11,500 square feet of existing carpet tiles, and (7) furnish and install approximately 11,500 square feet of new carpet tiles, all in the Technical Services Department in the Districts' Joint Administration Office located near Whittier, California.
