Sealed bids are invited for the Pioneer High School - Campus Wide Painting and Brick Seal. Bids must be submitted on the District's Bid Forms in a sealed envelope clearly marked in accordance with the Information for Bidders. Each bid must include a bid security in the form of cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond for at least 10% of the total bid price, a non-collusion declaration, a list of proposed subcontractors, and all documentation required by the Information for Bidders and the Contract Documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for 100% of the successful bid price, from an admitted surety. Wage rates must align with prevailing rates as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations, and the appropriate contractor's license (Class C33) is required. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding process. Bid protests must comply with the Information for Bidders.
